Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchange

- If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase or delivery, you may return the item for a
refund or exchange, as long as it’s in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. - A proof of purchase is required for returns.
- Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings,
cosmetics, or hair accessories. - If you purchased items as part of a multi–buy offer, all items must be returned.
- You will need to provide your customer contact details (order number, first name, and
surname) for any refunds or exchanges to be processed. - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, except for gifts cards, which will be
credited back to a gift card. - SALE items are only eligible for an exchange.

- If an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a refund or exchange with proof of purchase.
