Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchange

    • If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase or delivery, you may return the item for a
      refund or exchange, as long as it’s in its original condition with all labels and tags attached.
    • A proof of purchase is required for returns.
    • Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings,
      cosmetics, or hair accessories.
    • If you purchased items as part of a multibuy offer, all items must be returned.
    • You will need to provide your customer contact details (order number, first name, and
      surname) for any refunds or exchanges to be processed.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, except for gifts cards, which will be
      credited back to a gift card.
    • SALE items are only eligible for an exchange.

Faulty Items

    • If an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a refund or exchange with proof of purchase.

Returning by Post

    • If an item is faulty, we will cover the postage cost. If you change your mind, you will need to
      cover the postage cost yourself.
    • Contact our customer service team between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to arrange a
      return or exchange:
